Does anyone know when the Colonial Casino in going to open their Hotel? They are keeping information close to their vest. I have not been to San Jose since May, has anyone heard any new info on this hotel. The Gluch is reaching saturation Wed-Sun hotel room wise and this hotel could provide some relieve. Also has anyone heard if HotelDelRey is trying to throw coldwater on this. I think this hotel addition will make the Gluch even more raucous. |

And I thought I trolled thru every post and topic. I am disappointed that the casino didn't market the hotel to mongers. eco-tourists don't drink and gamble like 5 day trip horndogs! |

My sentiments exactly...how much can a hotel make off of someone who is gone all day riding ziplines, looking at monkeys, and drinking bottled water, and eating greens...I think more money can be made off of booze, sex, and gambling myself! But...they didnt ask me. |

These eco-tourists have gotten me not anrgy but irate. i go on the rafting trips but this Zip-line activity brings out the worst in eco-tourists- they constantly talk about their funky expeditons. hopefully this hotel will redirect their marketing to support the Gluch and redeploy obnoxious loud french tourists(Frogs) to maybe the airport area. |
