I've been living in a house immediately adjacent to this complex for the last 3 1/2 years and, as a long term resident of the neighborhood, I want to discourage anyone from moving in who is looking for a Del Rey Norte. This is a quiet neighborhood of middle class tico families and professionals. As in any similar area in CR, discretion is important. I have 3 or 4 amigas who I have over on a regular basis but never try to call undue attention to their visits.
Unfortunately during the time I've been here, we've had a couple short term gringo renters who have made it hard for those of us who are living here on a more permanent basis by doing the Ugly American routine--bringing in obvious Del Rey hardcore types as the neighborhood K*ds are coming home from school, etc.
Tman is right, it's a good choice--but only for those who want to be good neighbors.
Meanwhile, Tman, don't you want to recommend some of the places that are also listed by your real estate company and that are in your own neighborhood? http://www.realdealscr.com/rental_detai ... sp?PID=117 has some great views and is walking distance to Mall San Pedro.

. Yes, we have a number of rentals on our site, but not many are month to month for furnished...and not in that price range.
