Greetings gentlemen. While visiting in February I noticed construction proceding nicely on the Colonial's new hotel. What's the latest? Anyone know if it plans to be monger friendly, price range, etc? Also: Does anyone have an update on the local sportsbook scene? It had gone from great to shut down between my last two visits. What's the upstairs like now at the Colonial?
