Continental has a special this weekend from Houston to SJO April 23rd for a 2 or 3 night stay for $250 ($303 w/ taxes) or 17,500 miles.

I can get you the miles for $199 R/T inclusive. If you collect OnePass miles the $303 fare is a good deal, and if you return Monday afternoon I may be able to bump you to First Class. If you don't accrue miles and coach is fine, $199 R/T is a great deal.
