Until the new wing goes in, I propose a moratorium on all future Sportsmen's recommendations. So far, I've had the luxury of easily booking my last and my next two trips there, and I don't want that to change. Besides, it ain't for newbies...

Guys , Please advise,I wanted to book the Presidente from the 5th of May for 4 nights,but its all booked up, what should be my second option? One of the main reasons I took the VIP card was for this, what are the other accomodations in San Jose that I can use this card for? What are my other good options? Please help Thanks |

Check out The Sportsmans Lodge. The same thing happened to me and I booked there. Already they seem like good people to deal with. |

The Sportsmens is a excellent choice. The rooms are MUCH nicer, the host is super, and it has great ambience. Downside? a $1 cab ride from the DR. |
