It's a very small casino. Mostly slots and a few tables. I'm not sure when the tables open. They weren't open when I was in there about 2 PM.

It is centrally located but a little away from the Beatle Bar..
It is right on the beach and as two pools, casino and a restaurant.
I did not stay there but did stay next door at the Mango Mar.
Chica friendly ????? Don't know..
Just Nucknfuts

It is chica friendly, it's also only steps away from to La Central. There is no TV or phone, and if you want it you should request a room with AC.

The casino tables open up around 7 pm., slots around noon.

Stayed there and liked it.
They have a tv at the bar.
Nice restaurant.
Reasonable prices and on the beach with a pool.

Nucknfuts. I used the Mango Mar a while back for a client and was nicely surprised. For the price and being right on the beach, that might be the best deal in Jaco. Don't know a lot about Cocal but have never heard anything bad. Oh yeah, I did know one of the managers there a few years back. He has always worked at good places so I'm thinking it is pretty nice.

I have stayed there several times. Its a one story motel directly on the ocean spread out around the pool. Has a outdoor pool bar and a nice restuarant overlooking the ocean. If you stay there you also get to use thier space overlooking the ocean and use thier chairs, umbrellas ect. The casino is small and does have girls working but all the times I have been there they were not very pretty so the BB was my choice for girls. The hotel is clean and up to our standards. I have talked to both of the owners, they are american, and they are also one of the larger developers of condos in Jaco, presently building the big hi rise near the hotel. As far as I am concerned this is the best of the smaller hotels in Jaco. Last july, low season, I paid $65 per night and last feb, hi season I paid $93 per night after a little negotiation, started out asking $115, cant remember if it was a crt discount or not.. Not all of us are the same but I had rather pay more and get more than to stay in a little hot dumpy place. And you have to have air in Jaco, its hot. JD

You should look into the connected condos Vista Mar. splitting the cost among the group you'll come out cheaper plus the condos are 10 times better. you will thank me later 8)
