I am makimng a trip in late October early November. I am unsure of dates as I know it will be somewhat fluid>

Ltes assume its last week in October, can I likley get a room at Sportmens ? If not I used to stay at the DunnInn back when Guy Grand was around... is it still Tica Friendly?

As for Jaco Ive read the Hotel jaco is a good spot. Are thier any otheres that are tica friendly .. 4 or more stars ? If I find a good spot I may stay a few weeks.

I personally like Hotel Jaco. Guy Grand passed away quite some time ago. His last gig was Customer Relations at the Taormina possibly when it was still called the Mona Lisa. The Dunn Inn I understand from this forum is now Chica friendly with a fee though.

For Jaco I agree that Hotel Jaco is a great choice. There are not a lot of "high-end" hotels in Jaco that allow unregistered guests. I had mainly stayed at airbnb/vrbo houses or condos in the past.

You can sometimes find a good airbnb/vrbo that will let you have Ticas, but you must always ask for the rules. Even then, you might find they change with the security personnel... My condo does not allow renters to have unregistered guests, but I have seen them let guys in with Ticas anyway. I assume they are tipping the guards to let them in.
