Stayed at a new condo in Sabana called "SECRT". Do a search in Air BNB and you will find a bunch of condo units listed at this place. It is fairly new so nice units. What surprised me is there does not seem to be any issues with visitors. There is one security guard at the main street entrance but they never paid any attention to my coming or goings and there was a steady flow of visitors. Once you pass the gate you are pretty much out of site from the front desk so that is not an issue. If you stay there I would encourage discretion as there are a lot of families in here. Units are small but very comfortable. Big surprise there is even a small but heated pool. When you do a search for Sabana SECRT you get a bunch of units Apartment in Mata Redonda. I think this is the name of the building but it is the place you want. Might also mention a small plus, there is a Chubbs and as far as I know the only Brazilian buffet restaurant as well as many others eats within walking distance.
