I was looking for a hotel, and came across a listing for the Luxhigh Hotel. Wow, kinda looks familiar, sure enough it is the rebranded Del Rey. Looks like they are trying to go legit.

Yep. The street address is the same (Av1 y calle 9). The website https://luxhighhotel.com/ is under construction, if you ping it or do a tracert, it runs through host.delreyhotelcasino.com but if you look up the domain via whois you will see it was registered through godaddy on 12/30/3023.

FWIW, there is a short term hotel (hotel solo bueno #4) directly across the street.
