If you are Canadian or American, you do not require visa entry Costa Rica just passport and your returning ticket.

I know the fact that Southwest airline will not issue your ticket without returning ticket to Costa Rica.

I have only applied for visa twice. Once to Brazil and to Vietnam everywhere I go just with my good old US passport

When I went to Viet Nam I did not need a VISA, just my trusty M-16.

Not familiar with this. Do you have a link?

If it's a visa processing service, you will just wind up paying more than if you did it on your own.
