Besides the obvious cocal and hotel jacó from what I read and maybe oz. What are some other good options for guest friendly hotels or Airbnb? I’ve seen blue Marlin as an option as well. Any word on hotel tropical garden? It’s listed as an Airbnb but part of a hotel if anyone has stayed there. |

I keep telling you guys, the best place Ive ever found on airbnb: just google "Bachelor Pad airbnb Jaco costa rica" and it pulls up a great place, its a chica friendly small cool apartment building. Like an apartment with a kitchen, not a room, its like your jaco house. The place is right in the middle of downtown, cheap, great internet and is set up as a workspace so you're not working hunched over using the bed as a table. |

I stayed there last time in the loft with a friend. It was ok. A little underwhelming but decent for the price. Altho one of the girls were not a fan of the loft. I found a new spot. A one bedroom and a two bedroom. Guest friendly and good prices. Right across the street from the pharmacy at the end of the Calle Cocal. So it super central. I’m staying there 2/17-2/21. I’ll report after I stay. |

Joeav0118, Curious what your chica not like about it? I not planning to go to Jaco anytime soon but like to know about certain accommodations. Was it very small? Had to go up a flight of stairs etc? Thanks! |
