BTW, it is "Mas x Menos". In local lingo "x" is an abbreviation of "por" which translates to "for" in financial contexts. That makes "Mas x Menos" translate to "More for Less", which makes some sense. While "Mas Y Manos" would be "More and Hands", which may be more appropriate in your case. :mrgreen:
