There have been a few threads about this recently, and good answers are there.

Here is one

What I am wondering is why is this week so popular? I have had my reservation at the Pres. for this week for months, but only 'cause it fit my schedule.

Is there some big event going on?

Hey Nick,

Perrochico here, also a fellow Zonie. I'll be there 7-9 April and staying at Sportsmans. I recommend that place highly, but I think they are full during your trip. I have stayed at the Europa Centro , www.hoteleuropacr.com, (not the Radisson, but the old one) several times. I have always enjoyed my stays there, but would recommend a room "poolside" as the streetnoise in the morning is a bit much. They should have enough vacancy there (75 rooms in all).

If you need anything while there, ask the bell captain Cesar. He is a nice guy and will take care of you.

Swing by Sportsman and lets have a beer.

Perrochico
