I booked 2 nights in El Zorro and received confirmation. Two days later, I was sent a cancellation and advised that the room is no longer available. The current room options are extremely limited. I’m really disappointed, as my last experience at SL was excellent. Has anyone ever had this happen? |

Did you confirm it with a credit card after your initial reservation? They send an email after booking through the website saying it's being held but only for a couple of days until you confirm with CC. I've had that happen before where I've confirmed it through the website but didn't follow up and fill out CC details |

I did confirm with CC and received a corresponding email. I received another email shortly after that for a room that I did not request, so I was double booked. There was some confusion about which one I wanted to cancel. They just got back to me and made it right. Apologies for the panic. Can’t wait! |
