Flew Avianca from Medellin to Aruba last month. It's OK. All flights were on time. International carryons only - if you have a 22" carryon you will be required to check it (for a fee).
Strict mask policy during the flight. They are also very strict about boarding the plane back to front and deplaning front to back. If you try to stand up before your row is called, you will get admonished.
