| Post subject: | Guest policies at condo buildings in Jaco? |
Just booked a trip for late april after a 3/4 year hiatus from CR. I'm seeing some really beautiful condos on airbnb and vrbo. Any one familiar with policies at any of the particular buildings? Thanks and really looking forward to the trip! |

You can ask the owner if it is “girlfriend friendly”. You would not be the first... Some places are adamant and strict and some places have an “after 10 pm” is Ok policy And some places you can just slip the guard 5 o 10,000 CRC and you are good. |

Agree with the above comments on just asking. We stay at the Vista Mar (at the Cocal) and never had an issue there, they take IDs and you have to bring them down for them to get their IDs back for a nice extra layer of protection. I was looking at trying the penthouse at Diamanté del Sol for our April and the owner told me that they typically do allow guests 10pm-6am, but due to Covid the HOA has banned guests. Not sure how prevalent that is though. |
