Sorry about being slightly off topic.
Never stayed at these hotels. Stayed at the SleepInn a few years back while visiting DR. Been to Jaco a few times and paid the steep prices. What are the average going rates for entertainment at the bars at SL and LC?

Love the Sleep Inn, aptly named, quiet, a commodity in SJ. Stay 2nd or 3rd floor rooms toward the center, facing the DelRey, not on the ends and not facing the other direction, like rooms 318 etc on both sides of the elevator bank, you won't hear traffic at all or anything. Newer gringo style construction, thick windows. Chica fees were high, but worth a very good night's sleep. Free parking, or shuttle, breakfast, wi-fi, not that expensive. Loses some appeal post-DR.

Sleep Inn breakfast was spectacular but the fees were $25 a few years ago.
Curious to know the ask/bid at SL and LC, as above.

Spent just a day at the Castillo during the new lockdown. Very little talent, but the one found was incomparable. SL was Aldo deserted. The all-inclusive was amazing. Proper restaurant quality food and bottled drinks and beer for $10. CRT discounts do not apply, however.
Definitely will stay again if in SJ.
