Based on the current capacity limitations for hotels, bars and casinos, I doubt it will be opening anytime soon. |

Many times I had to walk up those stairs to the 4th floor, which was good exercise, but not so much fun with a hangover or with carrying large suitcases. Whatever happened to Ricardo? Did he finally retire? I know he had a stroke many years ago. |
