Plane may have blown a tire upon landing, descended too fast, too hard, at slightly off angle, stronger cross wind etc. That runway seems plenty wide enough. Unless something beyond pilot's control this is the equivalent of grounding a Navy ship and losing command (i.e. a career killer). Not understanding why ironic tag though Boynton bro. Toss us a clue here please...

And isn't it ironic, don't you think?" Also, I know of at least one other flight that recently was re-routed to Liberia because of weather. |

Nice. The pilots haven't been flying too much so their skills have degraded. Losing their edge in the tougher weather. |
