I received an email from their manager with the message below. Somehow they had my email address and know I stay at the hotel Cocal a few times per year. Has anyone heard about this hotel or tried it?

The only La Sirena I know about is in Esterillos Oeste way south of Jaco.

Interesting how they’d get my email address. Yep, that was the town that came up when I google searched it. I’ll ask them for an address in Jaco on my next trip to Cocal and maybe I’ll find out if it’s real and if it is, I’ll check it out. If not, oh well.

Looks like the prices are from $55 to $75 a night and it is not on the beach but looks nice and no chica fees. Only a few minutes from Cocal

I checked it out last week, $80/night, nice and clean. You’d need a cab to bring chicas back to the hotel from Cocal since they probably wouldn’t want to walk back in high heels. The manager there used to work at Cocal. That’s how he had all the email addresses.
