Yes, once you leave the airport go to the second level of the garage across the street. That's where I've been picked up my last 2 times. I think my rides to the gulch were 6.5k and 8k the last two times. A few times ago I must have caught a surge or something and it was 16.5k, and it would have been cheaper to take a taxi. So just be cognizant of that.

I had a similar response last month. Catch them upstairs. Ride in the front seat as if getting in the car with a friend.

Did you catch them on the 2nd floor of garage or in the departure area (were people get dropped off) at the airport?
