Are there any decent hourly hotel rooms near downtown? If so, what is the average cost and cleanliness? |

Morazon is the cleanest but not the cheapest. If you are going to do more than 1 time a day it might be better just to rent a room there. Rooms are dated but work, much better than Hotel Asia. If you go to Hotel Asia though tell the dancing cockroach that drank my beer hello. |

if you just need one for a quick shot, the Asia around the corner from HDR is like $10 for 2 hours. For a little more, La Oficina is nearly $20 for 3 hours and the rooms are nice and most have jacuzzis or large bathtubs. There is another one directly across the street from HDR , next to the pizza shop, but the HDR told all the ladies to stay away from there. It's a nicer choice than the Asia Short term places are the choice for most locals. If you have a car, plenty of choices. If you are coming for a weekend or a day and a half, just rent a room at Morazon |

Thank you for the information. I wonder why the HDR told the ladies to stay away and why they would even care unless it is taking business away from their rooms. Anyways thanks again. |
