Hey guys, I know Dunn Inn changed their policy a while back to 'non-friendly'. I was wondering if they have changed this policy or are they still enforcing it?

thank you

My understanding is no chicas allowed, they're trying to go with businesspeople and families.

I stayed at Don Carlos once, same policy, but I had a favorite chica and loads of pics of the two of us I showed them, said she was no worker but my "novia", lol, and she showed up in sneakers and jeans and sweatshirt, I still had to slip the manager 10 mil.

You might get lucky if your situation is like that, but they will not allow you to bring diff ones, scantily clad with stilettos and ruby red lipstick over and over, night after night, day after day, lol.

I wouldn't even bother. They are marketing to the eco-tourists.

The Taormina is just across the street from the Dunn Inn. All of the rooms are redone and very nice. You can usually get a pretty good rate if you search the travel booking engines. I got a great rate a couple of times after booking on Delta.

Totally guest friendly, casino, nice bar with good bar food, pretty good upscale Italian restaurant and chicas frequenting the bar (though quantity and quality is not consistent). What more could you want if you want to be in that area.

If they are now marketing to tourists then Rego must be gone. He was kind of like the driver/guide who spoke no other language, but Spanish. Besides that, he had the personality of wet paint drying.

You gotta love the fact that a hotel is allowed to arbitrarily assume that a girl is a hooker and the guest must PROVE that she is not in order to allow her to enter the hotel. Different world, I know.
