Heading to Jaco in a few days and would like recommendations for a girl-friendly hotel. Stayed at the Poseidon in the past, but they seemed to have almost doubled their price, maybe for Spring Break. |

I believe Hotel Poseidon recently changed ownership. Could be new owners trying to move upscale. With new ownership it would be worthwhile to confirm guest policy before committing. I stay at Hotel Mango Mar right next to Cocal. They have a mixed crowd including families. No problems if you are discreet. They have a security guard that checks girls IDs at night. No guest fee. |

Mango Mar seems to be booked up. Are there any others that would serve the same purpose? |

If you use the search function and enter Jaco Hotels, you will find plenty of information that has been discussed previously. |
