I have a flight to PTY then on to US departing SJO at 415am. To make it worse it is an early Monday morning flight. Will there be anything open at that time or will the airport be a ghost town? I am flying business so I would have access to lounges, but assume those will be closed as well.

No lounges, but some of the resturants will be open at 3am. Usually connections in PTY are short and you will not have much available there either.
