Any experiences or recommendations for a guest friendly airBnB around the park? Looking for something in one of the towers or condos.

I know the hotels in the gulch really well but looking to try something different.

Thx TR

On airBnB the host will state their rules.

Not always. Some are clear, others are vague, and most don’t say anything. It’s easy enough to write the owner and ask their policy - which I plan on doing.

I was only looking for recommendations or input from the board if anyone wanted to share their experiences. Good or bad.

I stayed at q-bo apartments 2weeks ago. Nice apt with view of the national stadium has a pool and hot tub and gym you can use. Never had any problems bringing multiple girls to my room. Just waived at the guy at the front desk and went to the elevator with my chica. Even had 1 stay all night no problem. The guy at the front desk waived back and that was it. Make sure you read the rules of the airbnb some will charge extra for guests make sure you get one that doesnt

I can't help on this topic. Have not stayed at any Airbnb properties in CR. Good luck, I'm sure it will work out for you.

Thanks Fdynasty - that building is exactly what I had in mind.

Totally agree... I have stayed in an Airbnb in Centro. I never actually asked, but as the place advertised itself as being near the Del Rey I thought I might not need to ask more. But generally ask the host about guests. I know one place I was looking at in Centro made it very clear that if you brought in a guest for sex you would be thrown out and not get any refund. Some just don't say anything...but if you're sharing a room in a house I would assume guests would not be welcome. For places where you do not share any space you still may be in close proximity to a family.... or as in my case (I operate with Airbnb) an owner who lives directly under the master bedroom...lol.

I operate in a different country, different environment...but generally my guests ask if they can have non registered friends drop in or whatever. So far none has brought in a working girls, as far as I know...but I would want them to be very discreet as I live on a residential street and my neighbors watch me like a hawk. If a cab showed up at my place and a woman got out I'm sure someone would notice.
