Hi guys, Thank you for all the awesome info. I am making my first trip down, arriving on July 13. I booked Taormina on Orbitz.com, and received an e-mail from the hotel via Orbitz to call them because of a credit card problem. I called the hotel today and they said my reservation looks fine, and that they didn't send me a message. Has this happened to anyone before? Also, is there any particular area for people watching in San Jose? Somewhere to sit outside and hang out? Just curious. |

Spade, Welcome to CRT! I always enjoyed my stay at the Taormina- close to everything plus its a bit more modern! Avenida Central was always my favorite place to people watch. It has pavers and you walk right up to the Teatro Plaza and sit down and watch! Here is a great article.
