Hey guys,

Well i decided on The Presidente for my birthday celebration headquarters (June 1-6) I have filled out the online reservation form but my concern is that they havent contacted me to confirm. Are online reservations a safe and reliable? or have you guys had troubless in the past with missing reservations and such.

I have used on line reservations for every stay at the Presidente without a problem.

Sometimes it may take a day or two for a response.

I too have always used email to Maria/Wendy for reservations and have never waited more than 24 hours for reply. I am sure when they get to work on Monday a.m. they will process your request s.a.p.

the online reservation is a little slower......give them a day or two and i.m sure you will be pleased with your choice........

I booked the Presidente for May 26-30 (I'll miss your arrival by two days, so feliz cumpleanos in advance) using the online reservation system, and I got a response email the same day. Give it a couple of days before worrying.

Well this is just great! I was so excited about reserving a room that instead of asking for a CRT VIP discounted rate i accidently wrote CIT :oops: I hope this doesnt screw up my chances of getting it reversed.

5 minutes later
:shock: Wow what service. If this is any indication on how they run their hotel I am sure ill have a great time. Im getting the CRT rates. Whoohooo

Hi

Like Koppite says, Maria and Wendy are great.

I am a little late I know, but just to confirm.

They do a super job of responding.

Stop up and see them(2nd floor),
and mayby bring them a small propina.(sp?).
