Post subject:  partially disabled person looking for recommendations

Hello. I'm a newbie looking for some fast advice. I'm actually in San Jose (Escazu) right now for about a week. I am here with my wife who is getting extensive dental work. This means a lot of boring time in a hotel room and I would really like to experience the pleasure on offer here. My wife is aware of this and has given permission (she isn't very intro sex anymore).

I've done quite a lot of research online, and if I were 30 years old and healthy I would just walk out the door and easily find fun on my own. I did it all over Europe in the 90's. But alas, these days I am no longer young and healthy. Now I'm middle aged, obese, and partly disabled. By that I mean, I'm not in a wheelchair or paralyzed or anything, but I use extra oxygen, can't walk too far or up lots of stairs. I get short of breath very easily. Basically I'm capable of taking a taxi somewhere, doing my thing, and getting a taxi back as long as there isn't too much walking involved.

I'm certainly not the first fat, middle aged gringo to come here looking for fun, of course, so I'm not worried about that part.. But I'm also figuring that handicap accessibility not a high priority in these places. So....

I've decided to eliminate hotels like HDR and SL. They sound crowded, and I can't bring anyone to my hotel, and I'd rather not have to go to some grubby hourly love hotel. I can't het an escort, of course, so that leaves the pensions like Pirate Club or a massage parlor. It's hard to get good information, even here, because there is no "master list" and the things people posted about specific places are often years old. It seems like places come and go and vary in quality over time, which is understandable. But I need recommendations that are accurate for today. The good news is that I'm not picky. I don't need a "10" - a 7 or 8 would be fine, maybe even a 6. I'm not as concerned about the face, I want a nice body.

So what I'm lookimg for is a pension style place with rooms on site that are not filthy. So either a massage parlor or someplace like Pirate Club. I plan to go sometime between lunch and dinner, probably on a weekday. Maybe the best ones won't be available, but I would really prefer a slow, friendly atmosphere to something wild and chaotic. Someplace friendly and welcoming. It doesn't have to be big. I don't care too much about money either - I'm not wealthy but I also don't need to bargain over $20-40. I just want someone energetic with a nice bod who can take it a little slow and eventually play cowgirl whil I play saddle.

So any specific suggestions (with address if possible) are welcome. Reviews of Pirate Club are also very welcome, that's top of my list right now.

Sorry this was so long.... thanks for any tips!!

I'd suggest Luna. Contact her and then get a room at the Motel Ruta 32 (or Eden or whatever they call it these days).

Or Zona II. Contact RoosterBooster.

Thanks! But I'm not sure how to contact these people. You mean here on this site?

my info isn't very current but as far as pirate club it was always hit and miss
used to have an apartment down the street from it and it seemed like it was always closed
i think something like new fantasy or one of the other massage places would suit you better and give you a better chance of finding a selection to chose from
relax and idem are not too much further down the road from pirate
my guess is you are looking at that based on its location being somewhat closer to escazu
as far as not being wheelchair friendly most of the place needed to comply a few years back and have ramps

I vote with others - Monica's is the perfect place for you. Forget the Pirate Club and Luna.

Zona 2, Idem and Theos are a bar and girls atmosphere, on site rooms

Monicas is a great choice too
