I plan on staying at Monaco Condos in Jaco in May and I'm aware they have visiting hours...just wondering if anyone has a way to get around this or if it is really enforced. I have lived in Honduras and Panama and I know if you slide a few bills to the guard the rules suddenly change in Central America...I want TLN to be an option. |
