I was able to find a flight out of the West coast at $ 360.00 for march,


Now i'm looking for May and the same flight times are $600. (AA)

It sucks when your building miles on one airline and have to use another because their cheaper
Cheapest I could find with crappy flight time is $441.00


Any of you West Coasters hear of any deals ...let me know ??

I know your anxious to sink some pink, but May is a long way away. There is about a 95% chance of a sale before May from one if not most of the airlines. Be patient young grasshopper.

I was glad my work sent me to Fl. Martinair has cheap nonstops out of Orlando and MIA. Condor, a German airline, also now has cheap nonstops out of Orlando. USairways now has cheap nonstops out of FLL and MIA is always dirt cheap

I fly out of SFO, use TACA and just checked, they have flights for $348 or so plus $50 taxes for may, cheaper for april. They fly out of LA, too, don't know the fares there. I like their flight times better, I leave at midnight, det to SJO at 10:00am so I have the full day. Leaving SJo is at 5pm, get home at midnight. I can make a long weekend with maximum time on the ground, check them out.

Looking at all the prices posted from around the country I thought everyone must be joking. I have gone to SJO 3 times in the past year and have never paid more than 300 from denver with taxes. and the trip in OCT via untied from denver was only 145 about 200 with taxes.. even right now on travel o city you can go from Den on AA via dallas for 253(+taxes) and going from Dallas on AA will cost $271(+taxes), I dont understand these airlines. next trip is booked for may on Contenital (260 with taxes) anybody know why its so cheap to fly from Denver?

Trent, great question. From Chicago, I find it very seasonal. Are the flights always full?

the flights back to denver are useally full but down from the hub to SJ are always maybe 60-75 % full. anywho no complaints here .. $250 rt flights are fine by me seeing thats about the same price to vegas and i can drive there.

Air Fares are very dependent on a variety of factors, among them, high or low season, day of the week, anticipated load factor, competition, etc, etc, etc.

Am flying from San Jose to Philadelphia late March to early April for $86.00 less than I was able to fly San Jose Tampa in mid February. Same airline.
