On Amazon, there must be around 20 different brands in a similar price range, so I figured I'd ask here if anyone has particular good luck with a certain brand. My trip is coming up in 3 weeks or so, and I don't want to try to look for outlets in the various airports my plane will be landing in on the way there. ( and I'll definitely want the phone to work when I make the Uber request in san jose  )

I picked up a couple of Duracell units at Grocery Outlet for 9.99 each and have been very happy with them. They also had some 3' and 10' lightning cables with car adapters for 3.99 and 4.99 each. I bought a couple and after verifying they worked I went back and bought all they had left (27) It has been over 6 months and I have not had any problems. Check the discount stores like Big Lots and Grocery Outlet if you have them in your areas. |

I got an Anker model, and then I let Amazon market to me some more, and I bought an electronics case: https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Uni ... B002VPE1QG for those annoying airports that make you separate all your electronics stuff from the rest. Will make things easier. Thanks for the info guys. |
