OK, OK, I agree Spirit Air can be like that hot young thing you found in the Rey. Get curves, and ready for a great ride. But once on the little girl, you find that she charges extras for everything. For example on the fare today. LAX to SJO is $175 $102 in Government Taxes $73 on the Airfare So it depends on how you look at it right? |

Personally, I go for the Non-Stop 6 hour Delta flight From LAX. Leave at 12:30am - Arrive bright and early at 8AM for $375 - $600 (now $411) Also, FYI this Spirit Deal today is pretty much on all Spirit Flights (note exceptions to Columbia) Spirit has this deal about 2 to 4 times per year (at least the last 3 years). So sign up with your email, as you usually only have 1 or 2 days to decide. I have flown 3 times Round Trip - LAX to Florida for $90 (It cost me $45 to uber back/forth to LAX from my house) |

But the airfare is supposed to be 90% off. In the example above, the original airfare was apparently $730, with taxes $832.  Are you coming from Australia? |

As to the rest of your post go get professional help. Message boards tend to produce a small % of participants who have big psychological issues. For some unknown reason a small percentage of people use message boards to build their own ego. That is why you have more than 12,000 post. Put into proper perspective if someone where to sign up for CRT today and post 5 times per day it would take them about 7 years to catch up to you. Finally, nobody likes a know it all and nobody likes somebody who thinks they are better than others because they think they know more. Obviously I dislike post whore know it all's like you. |

And honestly it's not so much about 6+ hours in steerage or the a la carte piricing. It's the phucked up flight times... which has to be cost related. Gate fee discount idk or care. How many threads we got that read... Guys need your opinion, I land at o' dark 30 what should I do? To the OP a genuine thanks.
