arriving early afternoon and wanting to go directly to Jaco.
Been a few years since my last visit.
Any recommendations for transport?
Yes have bused it before and its not a bad way to go, but depending on time, not sure i am wanting to stand around waiting for the next one to arrive.
Lucky Dog or PVT still in operation?
read a bit further down, one is waiting for new permits or something?
So, short of a regular taxi, any other options?
The Dog is still running. PVT is on a break.
There is a Greyline and Interbus transportation service and both have booths in baggage claim. Not sure how late they are open. Definitely not past midnight. You can book them online in advance.
The regular bus is available in front of the airport but you may have to go into town and then to Jaco over the partially closed bridge twice, which would eat up a lot of time.
