I have (the one on the third floor - bedroom facing AV 11, sitting room facing Calle 15) . I had to get up early (like 0430) so I was awake when the train came through - but it's right there.
As I remember the AC was in the bedroom. As it's San Jose it was fine in the rest of the suite with the windows open.
