can anyone tell me what its like like the daytime in jaco and at the pools is one better than others for girls hanging out looking for action or can u walk downthe beach and see them hanging out and at the pools ...also when u meet girls at the bb at night is it pretty reliable to hook up with them the next day and they call u and come over and hang out on the beach or pool for a few hours of fun...thanks just been wondering about afternoon action here.... |

My last 2 trips to Jaco I have seen a few girls that hand around the pool at the Copa. I have only enjoyed the company of one but it was an acceptable expeerience. From my observations, most of these girls are out pretty late and sleep late. Early afternoons while walking to the internet cafe I have seen a few walking the streets. Somewhat easy to spot when they give you "The Look"

Ok, I'm jaded because I live in Jaco. But the girls suck, and not in a good way.. Bring one from the city. I go by the Copa a lot because I have a friend who works there. One time in all that time I saw a hot chick who actually helped me with something. But she was a DR chica that was slumming it. Otherwise the girls are ones I fall for when I'm blind drunk and then hate myself the next day. |

I just came back from Jaco yesterday. Beattle Bar was PACKED on Monday night...about as many guys as girls I'd say. We did meet a couple hot Colombianas and I'm waiting to hear from my buddy on his experience. There were some hotties mixed in with a lot of plain jane putas. The word is out that "Natcho Daddys" the new disco in the new plaza downtown is the new late night place to be and pick up. Apparently open until 4AM...at least on weekends? Pros and regular girls and tourists alike all party there late night. I think it's better than the Beattle Bar scene personally. AND...there are many semi-pros and regular Ticas in town especially on the weekends who will party with you , eat with you, and spend the night with you either free...or maybe $40-50 "present". You just have to be a BF to have the GF experience. Jaco CAN be fun even without the hard core pros. Just the way I see it... |

Tman, I was seriously considering going to Jaco this time around since all the hotels in the gulch are booked. Would you say that Jaco is better than, equal to or worse than the Bm bar? Also, are there any MP's in Jaco similar to the ones in the gulch? thanks |

Romulus...there is no BM bar anywhere else in CR. THe Beattle Bar is the closest immitation i can think of...as most of the girls there started at the Blue Marlin. THe scene in Jaco is just DIFFERENT. It's about the beach during the day and getting hooked up at night. At night it feels like 1/3 surfer dudes and dudettes, 1/3 locals and tourists, and...1/3 working girls and monger. Pick a crowd and have fun . Definitely more laid back than the city. "You can get anything you want at Alice's Restaurant"...reminds me of a song...which dates me
