If you plan to stay in SJ for an extended stay I am giving up my apartment in the Los Yoses area. It is a great apartment in a safe good area. Includes W & D, phone, cable internet, pool and very secure.
It is a 4-5 minute taxi ride($1) to BM or Central Avenue.
Across the street is a supermarket, several resturants, bakery, hair salon,
bowling alley.....and two blocks from Mall San Pedro.
Mall San Pedro offers everything an American mall offers including a nice, clean movie theater and heath club.
Most chicas will come here with no problem or no additional cost. The only girls who would not come here are the Columbians...go figure. If you find a Columbian you have to have, the Balmor Hotel one block from BM will rent you a room for $25.
I am posting this to help the landlord rent it. He is a very nice guy, speaks English and is easy going. His name is Elvis!
For SJ this is a very nice proprty, contempory style, fully furnished. All you would need to bring is your clothes, CD's, condoms & lube!
It's is hard to find a rental in SJ for less than one year. Elvis may negioate 5-6 month minimum with option for one year.
