Have they fixed the A/C in all the rooms?
I would ask them directly but there's no guarantee they would tell me the truth. I trust the people on this board more.

No it is not. I was there July 25 and Guy told me they were replacing the whole system. Who knows how long that will take. I simply opened the windows and it felt fine to me. |

I'm not so sure about A/C in Taormina. The first Thursday after Rapture, I suppose. At least you'll still be here to enjoy it.

She's going to heaven with Jesus and I'm gonna be left behind with all the sinners for the damnation of the earth, something like what happened in the movie 2012. People working at the hotel said Guy was there last Sunday, August 21st but no one could seem to locate him. As of 8-23 the A/C still wasn't fixed although with weather this time of year, you don't really need it. |

I usually stay at the Mona Lisa/Taormina because they have a good deal going for CRT members. The downside to staying there is that the ownership seems to be on a cash only basis when it comes to maintenance and upkeep. That is to say, they fix as money becomes available. There was no A/C when I stayed there in April but it didn't matter because they put fans in the rooms and the weather was nice. Also, no wi-fi in the rooms. I had to go downstairs to the lounge to use their wi-fi. |

They have ongoing issues, but this may be good for us because they can't fully sell to the eco turisty crowd with these issues. |
