Post subject:  Jet Blue - Exit Tax
Just purchased a round trip flight on Jet Blue for CR in Feb. Booked thru Orbitz and got a good deal. Could not find anything in the paperwork indicating a breakdown on fees/taxes. Does anyone know from current experience that Jet Blue is including the departure tax or is there something I'm missing or need to follow up on?

Exit tax is included in your ticket. You won't have to pay it before you go home, but you will have to fill out the form. They give it to you when you go to check in, but you can print it and have it filled out ahead of time.

Obviously, print it in color so it's yellow, and cut it to size. They won't accept an 8.5 x 11 sheet.

Thanks Orange, printed the form and will cut it to size. This forum still remains relevant even though postings by some have been diminishing due to the CD issue.

I flew out on JetBlue Wednesday and the form they gave me was white. The lady gave me an extra form.

Somebody else said something similar about AA. It seems that airlines are putting their own logos on the forms.

I will try to get a form for as many airlines as I can.

I will post them online if/when I do.
