Just wanted to post my review of the SL. Just got back last night. This was my first trip to Costa Rica. My experience was superior! Bill does such an outstanding job attending to everyones needs. I consider him as a host and a friend more than the owner.

The room was nice. The bar area friendly. I met many new friends there because the atmosphere was meant to encourage meeting.

The food was outstanding. Soups to die for!

It was a fantastic place to watch the Notre Dame vs. USC and Penn State Vs. Michigan simultaneously. Bill thanks again for putting the two games on TV's so I could watch both.

The girls there are good looking and not pushy which was great.

The drivers outside were great. Julio took me any where, got me anything I needed anytime. He even brought me in a birthday cake to celebrate my birthday with everyone in the bar! His idea and he surprised me!

I can not wait to come back and see the new wing completed.

I have been to Thailand, the Dominican Republic, and Brazil and find the SL as the finest hotel I have stayed in to enjoy our "hobby". I travel constantly for my business so I am spoiled as to hotels. I can say the SL is a great place for a CR vacation.

I did not stay there on my trip, but yes, I must say that Bill and his lovely wife and friendly staff were always hospitable whenever I visited for a drink/bite to eat and to chat with friends. Thumbs up for their establishment.
