Post subject:  Any rooms around for Halloween?
I know it's really late in the game to start looking but looks like my situation may be changing at work. If shit works out my way I'd love to experience my first Halloween in CR. Naturally I don't want to stay anywhere no chica friendly and also no shit holes.

I'd assume SL, Dunn Inn, Zona, and even The Rey are all sold out? Anybody with any intel would be appreciated.

Expedia is your friend. Dunn Inn has rooms as does Morazan if your into that venue.

Call Dunn inn and talk to Ian at the front desk, very helpful and gives you a discount to match Expedia and Hotels.com.

really hope you guys aren't canceling rooms and vacations because of the CD situation
that would be a massive over reaction to the situation
no way they are going to be heading into the gulch to round up gringos lmao

I would hope not, but the prudent thing to do would be to take a wait and see approach. Still hoping to make it into town in December or January, but not at the expense of a 4-8 year stretch. The wording of the law is just way to broad for my liking.

I wouldn't let the CD situation or the bombings stop me from going to either place. Minimize your exposure, play it cool and if shits gonna happen it's gonna happen. I will take a small risk for a great reward 99.9 times out of 100.
