Ruta 27 (new highway to Jaco) had its' first landslide of the year and will most likely be closed the next few days. If you are heading that way (or back), keep this in mind. The old road through Atenas is still open but will add around 45 minutes to an hour for the trip. Came back from quepos through atenas today with tracopa bus and it wasnt bad only a half hour longer than usual. |

Rasclat, how was Tracopa as an experience getting back to SJ? I am thinking of using either their service or Transportes Jaco next time. I had read that Tracopa only stops on the highway outside of Jaco to pick up or drop off, but I don't know if that is true. |

Yes they only drop off at the highway. |
