Just booked round trip direct flights IAH to SJO over Halloween weekend on United for $295. Yes, that is not a typo, $295.
SWA competition is making an impact?
Do not know how long it will last. Good luck.

Damn great price I already have my flight booked so I cannot take advantage of that one but I will look for other dates.

Just booked for $295 on SW..HOU--SJO.. Too bad my July ticket was $650...... Your right-SW is making an impact!!

United is matching Southwest's price which starts service Oct. 15. I paid $700 :oops: for July 1 departure on United. :evil:

Kinda sucks--doesn't it?.....I live close to Hobby so I'm soon finished with United!!

SW has flights as low as $414.00 from Chicago!!!!!

just book today for jun 12...
and see united quoting $406 Newark to SJO non stop from jun to oct round trips....

Last week United was $562.00 Chicago to SJO with shitty connections. Today it was $453.00 with good connections including a nonstop on the way back.
