I just booked a R/T flight on Copa Airlines from Orlando to Medellin for the end of June for $361.50. That is the cheapest I have found on any airline in the past three years. There were still seats available when I looked 15 minutes ago. |

Wow! nice Copa is my new favorite airlines for the last 2 years. Maybe this is a good sign of lower fares coming. At least for the short term. All my flights to costa rica and colombia make a stop in panama city, panama, but this is a small inconvenience for lower price and great service. Love Medellin. Red |

Great fare! I booked MDE-JFK on COPA for $543 r/t all-in last January. COPA prices seem very competitive now (at least the SA-CA-FL routes). Maybe it is because of the pending split from the United MileagePlus program. COPA's new loyalty program, MilesConnect, kicks off in July. |

Most of the airfares I have seen for SJO - MDE in May are in mid-high 400's. Logically you would think flights would be less expensive within L America, but I guess they are making agressive move for the US market? |
