Anyone have any advise on a nice hotel in Jaco, or any beach to take my favorite tica for a couple of days? Would like a clean beach and a nice pool. Just returned from the Cocal, the beach seemed dirty and the pool did not look inviting. Would not want to take her there anyway. Would like any advise my CRT brothers could provide! |

Try any lodging at Playa Hermosa, about 4 miles south of Jaco. The beach is very nice, with clean, black sand and BIG (deadly) surf. There are several nice, small, beach-front hotels/motels. Be sure to ask about a pool. These are small places. |
