Just went to grab some cash from my in room safe and am short $600. Only 1 guest who never left my sight for even a second. Management says since I had a guest, it is my responsibility. Impossible for chica to find hidden key and bbbj me and open safe and pull out half the cash without me seeing her do it. I never left her to hit the bathroom.
It can only be an insider.

I Meant to post earlier that when i got home after a weekend at the Dunn inn (superbowl weekend) They emailed me to let me know that i had forgotten and left $60 in the room safe.

So sorry to hear that my friend. Was great to see you for a few minutes last night and HATE this happened. Have known you for a LONG time and know you are careful with things like that not to mention you have more experience in this hobby than almost anyone. Wish I had some sage advice but I'm baffled on this one.

I never use the hotel room safes, anywhere. You just don't ever know.

What do you normally do? Lock moolah in your luggage? Just withdraw what you need for the day? Seems like the newbie info mainly pushes people to use the safe so I'm naturally curious if others have a better system.

Luggage locks, and don't carry a lot of dinero at night, you can always hit an atm if you fall short, and try to walk with a buddy, not always possible, but at night important so you can avoid the trannie thieves, etc.

I had a friend of mine in Costa Rica superbowl weekend and had a reservation glitch and stayed at Hotel Diana and with no safe tried to hide his money and they took all 1500 he had hid
