I was wondering if anyone know of an all-inclusive hotel in Jaco? And are they girl friendly? And also if the all-inclusive deal is worth it or would i be better off using the CRT card at various locations to buy food and drinks? |

I'm not sure about all-inclusive, but as far as rooms go, I was impressed by the Copacabana. Two of my buddies each rented a room for $129 per night. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were pretty stacked: jacuzzis on an back porch facing the Pacific Ocean -- great for chill intimate sunsets I'd suppose. Also, their in-room A/C was kicking, and the room had a dual-suite feel where the front of the room had a king-size bed and the back had a kitchen/TV/couch. It's a pleasant walk down the beach to the ground zero for ladies: Hotel Cocal. That's a rockin' spot, and more smiles to be had than from its San Jose equivalent, Del Rey. Maybe it's just being at the beach. Actually, I later learned that the rotation is essentially the same. As far as the migratory birds go, they're in SJ Monday-Thursday, and head to Jaco for the weekend. I will write a brief note of caution that ran into a gem of a girl, who told me that she's seen a lot of cokeheads down there that have very little qualms about stealing or being demanding for cash. I wasn't outwardly confronted with that situation, but like anything else, be wary. Or at least aware. On that note, Jaco is a great time on the weekends. Have fun. |

First good review I've heard of the Copa in a long time. Maybe they did something. I hope so for $129. |

The suites at Copacabana are pretty nice but the normal rooms are TINY and not worth the price they ask. That being said, the nude pool is a bonus and the property is nice. Was by there about a week ago... Been hearing more and more about girls in Jaco ripping guys off and/or causing problems about paying first then either leaving or demanding to be paid a second time. Be careful out there... On the original question, the Best Western in Jaco has been advertising an all-inclusive special but couldn't tell you what is included. They used to be guest friendly (for a fee) but haven't been by there in a long while. Here is a link: http://bestwesternjacobeach.com/ |

For mid-Feb, in the $130-140 range with AAA or 21 day advanced purchase, 3 meals, drinks, chairs, towels, a few others. Sounds really good if you're going to spend that much at Cocal or the Copa. As far as being careful w/ Jaco chicas like PVT wisely says, especially the double charge, don't know what you can do if she's going to pull that kind of shit when she's supposed to leave happily fully paid. If she has those kind of balls, who knows where that could go if she starts bitching bullshit out loud in the hallway or desk. Jaco ain't like SJ gulch hotels where 98% of the chicas don't want to start shit for fear of whatever. I'd like to hear any other guy's solution to that one. |

I don't have a solution, except to let guys know Jaco is an expensive place for P4P - the girls charge more, and the venues are more limited than San Jose - Its worth visiting to say you were there, and I realize some find SJ a crummy town, and prefer the beach - but know in advance, if its girls you want, Jaco is waaay down on the list vs SJ. (So many more options in SJ - plus, unless one opened recently, I'm unaware of any massage parlors, or reliable daytime places) You also tend to get more of the Los Suenos and newbi crowd that either don't know or don't care what they spend - Jaco is also dirty, the prices for food and lodging tend to be high - along with the afore mentioned price for sex ![]() |

I will look into the hotels you mentioned. I'm looking for some advice cause I've never been to Jaco. Me and my cousin will spend 3 days in Jaco, he wants to do some tourist activities b4 we head to San Jose for the rest of the trip. We probably won't do much with any ticas there in Jaco. I just wanna see Jaco to say I've been there and see what it's like. The bulk of our trip will be in SJ. I was trying to narrow it down from Morgan's cove & casino and some others that were mentioned. Morgans cove offered an all inclusive for 3 days on groupon but I was reading more bad reviews than good so i let it pass. Now It's crunch time and I neeed to book something so I'm kind of stuck. |

I know about Hotel Poseidon in Jaco where you find luxurious facilities with spacious rooms and also pay their bills with your CRT card. You can also use that card for buying food, clothes, ornaments and drinks. You can also find these type of facilities in Miami it is lovely beach destination. People attracts toward its natural views, museums and sandy beaches. Their you can stay in Executive Fantasy Motels with your family and friends. They charge according to tour packages and per night basis. i hope you think to visit their also next time and avail the wonderful trip package facilities. |

Litl Bear: The Best Western at Jaco beach is not a bad deal for all inclusive....meals, drinks and room. It's on the beach and has a real nice pool area. The rooms are probably a little dated (unless they have renovated). It's been a 7 or 8 years since I stayed there but the location is good. Check to see if there is an elevator now, if not, don't stay on the 3rd floor. I met some non pros there on vacation and definitely took advantage of it. Also, if you go there ....take a fifth or two of your favorite liquor (along with some mini bottles to re-fill) in case the furnished bar brands are not good. As for bringing girls to the room, The only ones I did were girls staying at the hotel. so can't help you there. Hell, you can always sneak them into the room if you are an adventurer. Overall, best bang for the buck staying there. |

What Bro Circus said. Plus it's an easy walk to Clarita's. Here's the TA article (interesting 1st comment and response from the hotel's PR woman): http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review ... renas.html NOTE: That "...easy walk to Clarita's."--If Jaco's gotten more crime-ridden, then daytime walk only, please--if memory serves, it's a dark road. |

Thanks @Circus and @JazzboCR for the info. I really appreciate all the info people left on this topic I posted, as well as the others I've looked at. I've decided to try out the Posada Jaco. I will give this place a try. I will leave a report about Posado Jaco because I wasn't able to find anything about it in detail. I've only seen that people have stayed there and said it was okay to bring women back as long as you don't make a lot of noise. That was enough for me to give it a try. Thanks again guys. |
