There is a apartment available near Mas Per Menos Super Market and Wongs Resturant available for two months. Available Nov. 11- Jan 11. My next door neighbor wants one person for two months. The cost is $1000 for the two months. The apartment is furnished w cable tV and utilities included. Great place for someone down there for the holidays. PM me if you have any interest. My friend Bill is in San Jose now and available to show the apartment. |

I know Bill. I've been in his apartment.........great location, great price for two months (even if you vacate early). |

The word on the street is that the rent for Bill's apartment very near to Mas x Menos on Avenida Central has been lowered to $400 per each month for the 2 month term. Great location...great price. |

I'm bumping this thread because this furnished apartment in SJ is still available for two months from November 11 until Jan 11. The rent has been lowered to $400 per month for the two month term. Bill asked me to post his CR phone number and his email for any brothers who may have any questions. I've been in this large apartment next to Wongs Restaurant on Avenida Central and Calle 13, very near Mas x Menos. It's a great price for the location. Call Bill in SJ at 8342-7474.
