Have stayed many times but have only booked a penthouse once; what would you think are the best penthouse or suite rooms (#)? ...I consider minimal train noise a bonus if possible

I just had a queen room on the first floor. Plenty for my needs. I stayed for 8 nights. Wore earplugs the 1st night as my room was close to the train tracks. When I woke up the next morning the plugs had fallen out. I had 8-9 hrs sleep every night and never once was bothered by any train noise. Suggestion- get the all inclusive. well worth it. Breakfasts were made to order. Lunch and dinner by an excellent chef. Surf and turf, Sea Bass, 1lb pork chop. All fantastic. A friend who ate with us one night has lived in CR 8 yrs and has been coming for 17 years. Said they were the best meals he had ever had in San Jose. All drinks free ,too. |

make sure you get one of the outer penthouses and not one of the inner ones. |
