Admin 3,
For example, one poster has turned your incident into a nonsequitur on Facebook. Another is sure it has some something to do with the ongoing saga of PVT vs OLD.
No Saga, please. I really don't need to explain but will if it make all parties feel better. First let me say I think Greywolf has a valid point. True, the return pickup was missed due to my error. The first pickup at sjo was not as I couldn't figure out how he missed me at SJO holding a sign up with his name. His plane flew over my car as i was approaching the airport, so I was there in plenty of time. Things happen, he missed me. It was too unfortunate that he did not call and ask where I was standing. On new customers I always ask for a pic so I can locate them when they come out. I was never sent a pic. An hour or so later I reached him at his hotel room and he said he was there but couldn't find me. On a few occasions, for what ever reason, I have made blank trips to SJO. I am sure others can relate as well. When I make a blank trip, I automatically delete the return trip. I did run into Greywolf at the Sportsmen and we watched some football together and we spoke again at the Amistad. I reschedule his pickup and thought I had saved it in my iphone. Later I found out I didn't. He called me that morning of his return, asking where I was? I told him that. I had missed the appointment and apologized. Rather than him waiting on me, I suggested that he take the hotel's recommend driver. I have apologized twice for this incident. I will apologize once more. Again, it's my mistake on the return. I have offered the next one FREE on me. Just the other day brother Matt at the Amistad, missed my wife's and my dinner order. He apologized, brought out our food and said it was on him. I have seen others do the same thing. I went back last Sunday and had the seafood feast. This is what I am talking about. If you make a mistake, make up for it.
Greywolf is a good person and I want to make sure he get's the very best service he deserves. I'll even pull for his Ohio St. Buckeyes from time to time. Thanks for everyone's understanding and realization that we are not perfect but should strive to be. This is what I will continue to do.
